4wise Group joins Euvic Group - offering more for SMBs

Euvic, the software giant and expert IT solutions provider, has acquired 4wise Group to expand its offerings in IT subscription services for small and medium-sized businesses. The acquisition supports Euvic's goal of achieving PLN 4 billion in revenue by 2030 and creating a comprehensive digital business transformation offer for its customers. Euvic has been focused on developing its IT infrastructure area, with previous acquisitions including eoNetworks and Unima 2000 Systemy Teleinformatyczne.

4wise Group provides business process support services to clients in an outsourcing model, including IT support, remote working environment implementation, and cybersecurity services. With the acquisition, Euvic aims to optimize its offerings and adapt them to the needs of smaller companies, providing IT services in a subscription model. This will strengthen Euvic's competencies and expand its reach to a new target group. The 4wise Group team will bring their experience in the SMB sector, which complements Euvic's existing offerings.

The new service packages will be priced to suit the needs and capabilities of SMB companies, providing implementation and process optimization that guarantees business stability and continuity.
